Job summary

RAS LaVrar, a rapidly expanding creditors’ rights law firm, seeks an Audit Analyst in Plantation, FL. You will coordinate and execute internal and client audits, ensure data integrity, and drive remediation of findings in a high-volume, fast-paced legal setting.

Responsibilities include regulatory testing, data validation, and stakeholder liaison with external auditors. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Convoke/IPACS are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years auditing, internal controls, or compliance experience preferred.
• CIA/CCEP certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with legal practice management systems and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client audits onsite and remote.
• Perform compliance testing across departments to ensure SLA/adherence.
• Validate data in legal files and records within case management systems.
• Monitor remediation and closure of audit findings.
• Prepare CCOM write-ups and formal closure documents.
