Job summary

RAS LaVrar is seeking an Operations Admin to support daily firm operations from Plantation, FL. This role performs administrative duties including data entry, CMS loading, and report distribution, while coordinating with third-party vendors and maintaining SOPs.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or higher, with legal office experience or law-related industry background preferred to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience in a legal office may compensate for education.
  • Industry experience in collections and/or personal injury law.

Responsibilities

  • Routine inventory maintenance.
  • Load new accounts into the firm’s CMS.
  • Pull basic reports from the CMS and distribute them to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Maintain a library of process guides, SOPs, and other documentation; Draft firm documentation and expand this library as necessary.

RAS LaVrar is a rapidly expanding creditors’ rights law firm servicing some of the largest financial institutions in the country. POSITION SUMMARY

Operations Admins at RAS LaVrar perform administrative tasks which support the day-to-day operation of the firm. The processes executed by individuals in this role range from general tasks such as data entry to specialized tasks such as skip tracing. Operations Admins are not expected to draft pleadings.

Responsibilities and Duties

The following responsibilities are central to the role:

  • Routine inventory maintenance
  • Facilitate data transfers to and from the firm’s clients via various channels including FTPs, third-party vendors, etc.
  • Load new accounts into the firm’s case management system (CMS).
  • Pull basic reports from the firm’s CMS and distribute them to stakeholders.
  • Specialized efforts
  • Coordinate and manage the firm’s relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Maintain a library of process guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other documentation; Draft firm documentation and expand this library as necessary.
