RAS LaVrar is a rapidly expanding creditors’ rights law firm seeking an Associate Attorney (Florida) to manage high-volume cases from intake through trial. You will balance meticulous review with speed, ensuring strategies align with clients and regulatory standards.

Based in Plantation, FL, the role requires courtroom hearings statewide, drafting pleadings, and compliance with filing protocols. A Florida bar license and J.D. are required, with 0–3 years in collections or foreclosure preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in Florida required.
• 0–3 years of legal experience; collections/foreclosure/creditors’ rights preferred but not required.
• Willing to travel extensively within Florida for hearings and depositions.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a collegial, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Litigation & Case Management: Hearings across Florida, manage contested matters, draft pleadings and motions.
• Compliance & Document Review: Review conditions precedent, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate records.
• Client & Court Liaison: Interact professionally with judiciary, opposing counsel, and clients.
• Operational Alignment: Work independently while maintaining accurate case statuses.
