Job summary

RAS LaVrar, a creditors’ rights law firm expanding rapidly, seeks a Paralegal to support document organization and pleading preparation. Reporting to the Compliance/Managing Attorney, this role suits a well-organized, proactive self-starter in a fast-paced practice.

You will assist with trial preparation, pleadings, file management, court liaison, and team collaboration to keep attorneys equipped to meet demanding deadlines at our Plantation, Florida office.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certification required; a Bachelor's in Legal Studies is strongly preferred.
• Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies is acceptable as a baseline.
• Experience in legal or banking environments is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Trial preparation: organize complex trial documents and ensure readiness for court.
• Pleading production: draft pleadings and file with courts in a timely manner.
• File management: maintain digital and physical case files for easy access.
