Job summary

Oticon USA seeks a Technical Support Audiologist to provide audiological support to hearing care professionals on Oticon hearing aid technology. This role combines clinical expertise with customer service, assisting with fittings, troubleshooting, and software issues to promote business growth.

You will deliver training, build relationships with customers and colleagues, and travel to conventions and seminars as needed. The ideal candidate has an audiology degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Audiology degree required (MS/MA/Au.D. or HIS equivalent).
• 1+ years of clinical/field experience in audiology evaluations and hearing aid dispensing.
• Strong customer-facing technical expertise and rapport-building.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and collaborate across teams.
• Professional, proactive demeanor with all staff and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible team player in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides hearing aid fitting solutions and recommendations.
