Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business or related field; two years of sales experience or equivalent.
• Medical device sales experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive equipment sales in the assigned territory.
• Provide tailored recommendations and close sales with post-sale support and training.
• Collaborate with service technicians, schedulers and admin staff to ensure cohesive customer service and sales operations.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending workshops, reading publications and participating in relevant societies.
• Demonstrate initiative and lead on projects to support team success and process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed all sales and service goals within the territory; track progress and adjust strategies.
• Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities for reporting.
• Stay informed about product developments and industry trends through required training.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing per company policy.
• Co-travel with territory specialists.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
