The role offers a base salary of $75K plus uncapped commission, with a total target compensation of approximately $180K and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive equipment sales in the territory.
• Provide tailored audiometric instrumentation recommendations and close sales.
• Offer in-service training and post-sale support.
• Collaborate with service technicians, schedulers and staff for seamless service.
• Maintain current technical knowledge through workshops and publications.
• Lead projects and drive process improvements as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals; track progress and adjust as needed.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and post-sale activities.
• Attend required trainings and stay informed on product developments.
