Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking an Audiology Assistant to join the 05570 AMG Greenfield - Audiology team. The role involves assisting patients with hearing aid repairs, programming, and cleaning, and supporting the audiologist in daily patient care.

The position is full-time, on-site, with 40 hours per week and a pay range of $22.90–$34.35 per hour. A COHC/BLS/ASHA or related certifications are required within specified timelines, and a High School diploma is required.

• No experience required.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with patients using techniques to perform minor hearing aid repairs, cleanings and programming.
• Assists audiologist in direct patient care as needed per site.
• Documents and communicates accurate patient information to the care team.
• Performs occupational health hearing tests and counseling per site requirements.
• Provides office support including scheduling, prepping exam rooms, stocking supplies, and processing referrals.
