Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) to join a busy ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area. The role offers a mix of diagnostic audiology and hearing aid services, with full-time or part-time options and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Base salary ranges from 80,000 to 95,000 per year, plus monthly commission potential and a strong benefits package including 401(k), PTO, CME days, and health insurance. New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Audiology degree required (Au.D. or equivalent).
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility required.
• Strong diagnostic skills and patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

An established, growing ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area is seeking Audiologists to join its experienced, collaborative team! Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 80,000 - 95,000 annually, depending on experience

• Monthly Commission: Additional earning potential of approximately 1,500 - 5,000+ per month through hearing aid dispensing

• Exceptional 401(k): Employer contribution of approximately 9.6% of compensation after one year
