Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is actively seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) to join a Tampa Bay area ENT practice. The role combines diagnostic testing with hearing aid services in a busy, patient-centered environment.

The position offers base salary plus commission potential, a comprehensive benefits package, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Both new graduates and experienced audiologists are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent qualifying degree.
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility for licensure.

An established, growing ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area is seeking Audiologists to join its experienced, collaborative team! Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 80,000 - 95,000 annually, depending on experience

• Monthly Commission: Additional earning potential of approximately 1,500 - 5,000+ per month through hearing aid dispensing

• Exceptional 401(k): Employer contribution of approximately 9.6% of compensation after one year
