The position offers a base salary of 80,000–95,000 USD annually plus monthly hearing aid dispensing commissions, and a strong benefits package including 401(k), PTO, CME days, and health insurance. Flexible scheduling and a Monday–Friday work week are available.

Qualifications

An established, growing ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area is seeking Audiologists to join its experienced, collaborative team! Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 80,000 - 95,000 annually, depending on experience

• Monthly Commission: Additional earning potential of approximately 1,500 - 5,000+ per month through hearing aid dispensing

• Exceptional 401(k): Employer contribution of approximately 9.6% of compensation after one year
