KingRecruitingServices is recruiting Audiologists (Au.D.) for a busy ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area, FL. The position offers base salary plus monthly commissions, with a balanced Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends.

Base Salary + Monthly Commission Opportunities

An established, growing ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area is seeking Audiologists to join its experienced, collaborative team! This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced Audiologists looking for competitive compensation, outstanding benefits, clinical flexibility, and a healthy work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 80,000 - 95,000 annually, depending on experience

• Monthly Commission: Additional earning potential of approximately 1,500 - 5,000+ per month through hearing aid dispensing

• Exceptional 401(k): Employer contribution of approximately 9.6% of compensation after one year

• Generous PTO: 3 weeks of paid vacation plus paid federal holidays

• Continuing Education: 3 additional CME days plus an educational stipend

• Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities

About the Opportunity

Join a busy, full-service ENT practice offering a supportive, team-oriented environment where Audiologists work closely with ENT physicians, advanced practice providers, and other experienced clinicians.

The position offers a combination of diagnostic audiology and hearing aid services, with flexibility based on your clinical interests and strengths. Audiologists who prefer to focus primarily on diagnostics are also encouraged to apply!

Location & Schedule

The opportunity is based in the Tampa Bay area, with flexibility in clinic assignments based on the candidate's location and preferences. Some travel between nearby clinic locations may be required, but there is no travel between offices during the workday.
