Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in the Tampa Bay area seeks an Audiologist (Au.D.) to join our ENT practice. The role combines diagnostic audiology with hearing aid services, with options for full-time or part-time schedules.

We offer competitive base salary of 80,000–95,000 per year plus monthly commissions of 1,500–5,000+, plus 401(k) match, generous PTO, CME days, and comprehensive health insurance. Normal business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, no weekends or on-call.

Qualifications

• Au.D. or equivalent; Florida license or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.

An established, growing ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area is seeking Audiologists to join its experienced, collaborative team! Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 80,000 - 95,000 annually, depending on experience

• Monthly Commission: Additional earning potential of approximately 1,500 - 5,000+ per month through hearing aid dispensing

About the Opportunity

The position offers a combination of diagnostic audiology and hearing aid services, with flexibility based on your clinical interests and strengths. Audiologists who prefer to focus primarily on diagnostics are also encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing

• Provide hearing aid evaluations, consultations, fittings, and follow-up care, depending on clinical interests

• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare

Location & Schedule

The opportunity is based in the Tampa Bay area, with flexibility in clinic assignments based on the candidate's location and preferences. Some travel between nearby clinic locations may be required, but there is no travel between offices during the workday.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent qualifying degree

• Florida Audiology license or eligibility for licensure

• Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to patient-centered care

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
