Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) to join a busy ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area. The role offers a combination of diagnostic audiology and hearing aid services with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and no weekend shifts.

Base salary ranges from 80,000 to 95,000 annually, with additional monthly commissions from hearing aid dispensing. Full benefits include 401(k) with employer contribution, paid time off, CME days and stipend, and comprehensive health

Qualifications

• Must have Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent.
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility required.
• Strong diagnostic testing skills and patient-centered approach essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities expected.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care as needed.

An established, growing ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area is seeking Audiologists to join its experienced, collaborative team! Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 80,000 - 95,000 annually, depending on experience

• Monthly Commission: Additional earning potential of approximately 1,500 - 5,000+ per month through hearing aid dispensing

• Exceptional 401(k): Employer contribution of approximately 9.6% of compensation after one year

Location & Schedule

The opportunity is based in the Tampa Bay area, with flexibility in clinic assignments based on the candidate's location and preferences. Some travel between nearby clinic locations may be required, but there is no travel between offices during the workday.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent qualifying degree

• Florida Audiology license or eligibility for licensure
