Hire Consulting Services in the Tampa Bay area is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) to join a busy ENT practice. The role offers diagnostic testing and hearing aid services with flexible schedules, Monday–Friday, no weekends, in a collaborative team environment.

Base salary ranges from 80,000 to 95,000 annually, plus monthly commissions (roughly 1,500–5,000+). Full-time or part-time options are available, with comprehensive benefits and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent qualifying degree.
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing

An established, growing ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area is seeking Audiologists to join its experienced, collaborative team! Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 80,000 - 95,000 annually, depending on experience

• Monthly Commission: Additional earning potential of approximately 1,500 - 5,000+ per month through hearing aid dispensing

• Exceptional 401(k): Employer contribution of approximately 9.6% of compensation after one year
