Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in the Tampa Bay area is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) to join an established ENT practice. The role combines diagnostic audiology with hearing aid services, with flexibility for either full-time or part-time schedules.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with competitive base salary 80,000–95,000 plus monthly commission; comprehensive benefits, 401(k), CME days, and generous PTO. New graduates and experienced Audiologists are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent qualifying degree.
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to patient-centered care.

An established, growing ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area is seeking Audiologists to join its experienced, collaborative team! Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 80,000 - 95,000 annually, depending on experience

• Monthly Commission: Additional earning potential of approximately 1,500 - 5,000+ per month through hearing aid dispensing
