Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in the Tampa Bay area is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) to join our ENT practice. This position offers a balance of diagnostic audiology and hearing aid services, with flexibility for full-time or part-time work.

We offer a competitive base salary ($80,000-$95,000) plus monthly commission, strong 401(k), generous PTO, CME support, and comprehensive health benefits. Mon-Fri schedule, no weekends.

An established, growing ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area is seeking Audiologists to join its experienced, collaborative team! Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 80,000 - 95,000 annually, depending on experience

• Monthly Commission: Additional earning potential of approximately 1,500 - 5,000+ per month through hearing aid dispensing

• Exceptional 401(k): Employer contribution of approximately 9.6% of compensation after one year

• Generous PTO: 3 weeks of paid vacation plus paid federal holidays
