Job summary

Request Technology, LLC in Los Angeles, CA seeks an onsite AV support specialist with 2+ years of experience to maintain collaboration spaces, perform room readiness checks, and provide live meeting assistance. You will support Zoom Rooms and various conferencing devices, troubleshoot AV equipment, and assist with desktop/phone issues as part of a broader IT support role.

Candidates should be proficient with Windows-based systems, Microsoft Office, Citrix remote access, and VoIP telephony.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience required.
• Experience supporting enterprise conference room and collaboration technologies (Zoom Rooms or similar) with room readiness checks, meeting setup, live meeting support and first-line AV troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Windows-based computers, Microsoft Office applications, smartphones, remote access technologies such as Citrix, and enterprise imaging or deployment solutions.
• Experience supporting VoIP telephony solutions.
• CTS certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite conference room and AV support, including room readiness checks, meeting setup, testing, troubleshooting and live meeting assistance to ensure spaces are operational.
• Support Zoom Rooms and installed AV technologies (Poly room systems, Poly and Cisco touch panels, displays, microphones, cameras, speakers, room controls) and related conferencing equipment.
• Provide AV support for meetings, presentations, office events, and programs requiring enhanced technology support, including advanced preparation and onsite support during events.
• Provide Level II hardware support, including desktop and laptop support, imaging and post-image configuration, preventative maintenance, and basic printer troubleshooting.
• Provide break/fix support for telephones and related equipment (handsets, cords, base units).
