Job summary

Vision Technologies seeks an AV Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial audio-visual systems. In this customer-facing role, you will support reliable operation of audio, video, control, conferencing, and network-connected AV technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial AV systems and basic networking.
• Familiarity with AVIXA certifications and manufacturer training preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform break-fix service, preventive maintenance, and warranty support for commercial AV systems.
• Diagnose faults across control systems, audio, video, conferencing platforms, DSPs, switching equipment, and network devices.
• Restore system functionality within SLAs and document results in the ticketing system.
