Quincy College is seeking an on-site instructional technology support specialist to ensure classrooms are equipped with functioning AV and IT equipment. You will assist faculty and staff with basic troubleshooting and technology setup, and respond to help desk requests in person, by phone, or via email.
The role involves setting up projectors, smartboards, and AV controls, maintaining equipment inventories, and escalating complex issues to system administrators.

Position Summary
This hands-on position provides support for classroom instructional technology and limited first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and related IT equipment. This role ensures instructional spaces are properly equipped and functioning and assists faculty/staff with basic troubleshooting and technology setup.
Participate in training to remain current with campus-supported tools.
