Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking a skilled Content Operations lead to manage a 3–4 person team, orchestrating daily and weekly workflows, publishing across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook, and maintaining a flexible content calendar. You will provide audience insights, ensure QA, and deliver weekly leadership readouts on performance and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in content operations, social media, or audience growth.
• Experience building scalable workflows using Notion, Slack, and review pipelines.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook formats and dynamics.
• Ability to analyze retention curves, CPM, content trends, and performance data.
• Experience coordinating with creative teams, writing briefs, and providing actionable feedback.
• Experience managing rapid-response content cycles and reprioritizing publishing calendars under tight deadlines.
• Commitment to applying content operations expertise to civic and election reform work.
• Portfolio or relevant work samples demonstrating applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly workflows, assignments, deadlines, and publishing cadence for a 3–4 person content team.
• Publish content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook using platform-appropriate formats, captions, and metadata.
• Maintain a flexible 2–4 week content calendar that incorporates rapid-response opportunities.
• Provide audience intelligence briefs based on performance trends, hook patterns, and audience growth signals.
• Conduct final quality assurance on captions, thumbnails, tags, descriptions, and accessibility before publication.
• Prepare weekly performance readouts for leadership, explaining results and recommended changes.
• Lead field deployments to designated states, coordinating production and delivering defined packages of finished assets.
• Own scheduling, performance optimization, and the broader publishing function.
