Job summary

TikTal is seeking a seasoned Campaign Manager to own end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns across YouTube and short-form video. You will supervise campaign execution, maintain client relationships, and drive revenue through effective partner coordination and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience executing campaigns in marketing or content creation environments.
• Proven experience managing social media campaigns end to end.
• Track record of relationship building and management with creators
• Excellent written and spoken English communication

Responsibilities

• Report to the Campaign Director and own your campaigns from delivery to final report.
• Own campaign delivery process to ensure high client and YouTube team scores.
• Supervise day-to-day campaign execution with a Campaign Associate, including calls, briefs, and asset review.
• Manage relationships with content creators and agencies to streamline outreach to launch.
• Maintain a consistent monthly output of campaigns and ensure quality and continuity.
• Support time tracking, delivery, and quality assurance across campaigns.
• Generate innovative approaches to short-form video marketing campaigns and continuous improvements.
• Track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance and outcomes.
• Deescalate challenges and become an expert in YouTube, Shorts, creator management, and delivery.
