Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking an Audience Development Manager to join our Consumer Subscriptions team. You will be responsible for growing the reach, engagement and subscription impact of Dow Jones media properties, including The Wall Street Journal, Barr’s and MarketWatch.

The ideal candidate will identify audience demand, translate that demand into scalable growth opportunities, and work cross-functionally with Product and Newsroom teams to turn audience initiatives into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in audience development, digital marketing, or related role within media/publishing.
• Proven track record growing audiences and engagement through strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and content distribution.
• Excellent data interpretation and actionable insight skills.
• Experience working with Product and Newsroom teams to execute strategies.

Responsibilities

• Grow audience reach and subscription impact across brands and platforms.
• Translate audience initiatives into registrations, newsletters, engagement and conversion.
• Partner with Product, Newsroom, and Acquisition teams to scope and execute initiatives.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and report insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain shared roadmaps and coordinate workstreams across teams.
