Dow Jones, a News Corporation division, in New York, is seeking a Sr Manager of Audience Marketing to drive growth across The Wall Street Journal, Barron's and MarketWatch. You will lead a small team, manage stakeholder relationships, and own the development of audience growth strategies and lead-generation initiatives.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and a hands-on approach to monetizing newsletters and optimizing the subscriber funnel.

Formación

• 8-10 years of experience in lead generation, subscription marketing, audience development or performance marketing
• Empathetic people management skills with solid experience growing direct reports
• Comfortability working with data and deriving insights to optimize campaigns
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Comfortability working cross-functionally and communicating across disciplines
• A team player mentality and entrepreneurial mindset with drive to win
• Strategic thinking skills with proven ability to ideate and bring to life marketing strategies
• Experience in newsrooms is a plus!

Responsabilidades

• Audience marketing strategy: Build Dow Jones's audience marketing strategy and drive consideration with paid media partners and stakeholders
• Paid Lead Generation: Own all lead generation marketing including free registrations and newsletter signups
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Align organic growth and paid marketing strategies with the Audience Development team
• Testing Roadmap: Develop and own the testing roadmap for lead generation tactics and content-to-subscription paths
• Newsletter Monetization: Monetize newsletters driving paid campaigns and growth initiatives
• Performance Reporting: Create and distribute reporting to track consideration impact in the user funnel
• People Management Experience: Demonstrate empathetic leadership and grow direct reports
