Identify how each platform can expand qualified reach, build habitual engagement, and create scalable pathways to registration and subscription, while overseeing key growth partnerships including SEO consulting support.

  • Subscription Funnel Development: Translate audience reach into subscription outcomes by connecting audience initiatives to registration, newsletter signup, engagement, and conversion.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Product, Newsroom, and Acquisition teams to scope, prioritize and execute audience growth initiatives across brands and platforms.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of audience development initiatives. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting progress, surfacing risks and recommending optimizations.

  • Roadmap and Stakeholder Management: Help maintain shared roadmaps, coordinate workstreams and ensure audience goals are translated into actionable plans across multiple teams and brands.

You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in audience development, digital marketing, or a related role within the media or publishing industry.

  • Proven track record of driving audience growth and engagement through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product and Newsroom, to execute audience development strategies.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders concurrently.
