Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social media or audience development at a digital media organization, brand, or cultural institution.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn long-form journalism into sharp, engaging social copy.
• Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze and present performance data and adjust strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set Totei’s social calendar, including editorial and social-first content.
• Develop new social-first formats and recurring series.
• Develop strategic social and newsletter rollout plans for packages and print issues.
• Track performance with analytics tools, report findings, and adjust strategy.
• Collaborate with editors and visual producers to align social strategy with editorial.
