Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, audience development, or content strategy for a consumer-facing brand, publisher, media company, or agency.
• Deep expertise across TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
• Experience developing and executing social-first content strategies.
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, photography, and short-form video production.
• Familiarity with social commerce, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships.
• Experience using social publishing, analytics, and project management platforms such as Sprout Social, Airtable, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and day-to-day execution for TikTok, TikTok Shop, and YouTube while shaping platform-native content.
• Create engaging social-first content and manage publishing workflows.
• Collaborate with marketers, publicists, authors, and internal partners on campaigns and storytelling.
• Monitor platform performance and refine programming based on audience insights and trends.
• Identify opportunities to participate in cultural conversations and expand book discovery.
