Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a growth marketing professional to lead audience growth analysis across first-party social channels and third-party communities. You will analyze audiences, build segmentation, and inform content and paid growth decisions with performance insights.

You will manage paid-growth budget, track metrics, and develop dashboards to inform Marketing and Communications stakeholders. Collaboration with multiple teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth marketing or related field.
• Experience analyzing performance across social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit).
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics or marketing workflow tools.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing or supporting paid social, paid audience growth, or digital acquisition campaigns.
• Proficiency with analytics, reporting, and dashboarding tools.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, channel performance, testing, and growth metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Social, Communications, Creative, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own audience growth analysis across Shield AI’s first-party social channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube).
• Analyze third-party audiences on Reddit, YouTube, and relevant industry forums.
• Build audience segmentation frameworks for priority personas and content interests.
• Collaborate with Social and Communications teams to inform organic content strategy with insights.
• Manage paid-growth levers and budget to drive acquisition, engagement, and channel performance.
• Track and report audience growth, engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Identify high-potential communities, creators, and distribution opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and actionable recommendations for Marketing and Communications stakeholders.
• Support testing across creative, copy, targeting, channels, and content formats.
• Monitor platform trends and algorithm changes to inform strategy.
