Job summary

Life Science Connect is seeking an Audience Growth & Event Sales Associate to drive attendance and revenue across its precision medicine event portfolio. You will perform targeted outbound outreach, convert prospects, and leverage AI-assisted tools, CRM data, and LinkedIn for proactive engagement.

Responsibilities include attendee conversion, group ticket sales, exhibitor packages, and data-driven pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of inside or outbound sales experience
• Familiarity with life sciences or related sectors is a plus
• Proficient with CRM platforms and sales tools

Responsibilities

• Convert warm leads and inquiries into paid registrations
• Sell group tickets and exhibitors packages
• Build senior-level conversations and relate outreach to business goals
• Maintain CRM with contacts, activity, and next steps
• Travel occasionally to support events
