VERSANT Media is seeking an Audience Associate for CNBC Events to support audience acquisition and execution of registration processes for its global events portfolio. You will manage inquiries, build invitee databases, and coordinate communications from outreach to post-event follow-up.

The role requires collaboration across departments, travel as needed, and a hybrid work arrangement, typically from the Englewood Cliffs, NJ office at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in event coordination, audience development, or related function; media or news experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Experience with digital tools and event management platforms; CMS experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders, with strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
• Interest in media/entertainment and live events.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for attendee inquiries via dedicated inboxes and respond professionally.
• Research and maintain invitee databases aligned with demographics and seniority levels.
• Build and update registration landing pages for a seamless attendee experience.
• Draft and manage pre- and post-event communications with up-to-date event details.
• Update marketing pages with speakers, agenda, sponsor info, and program details.
• Support cross-platform outreach across email, phone, digital, TV and social channels.
• Coordinate on-site attendee check-in to ensure a smooth registration experience.
• Collaborate with production managers to organize on-site registration materials.
• Create and analyze post-event surveys to measure attendee satisfaction and derive insights.
