We’re looking for a strategic, socially savvy Audience Engagement Specialist to help define the future of community engagement for one of the world’s leading tech brands. This isn’t your typical community manager role. Instead, you’ll be part of a growing team that’s laser-focused on audience growth, engagement quality, and brand advocacy across the social ecosystem.
Assigned to a strategic pod, you’ll work across key customer solution areas (CSAs) to create meaningful, relevant touchpoints with our community—helping identify conversation opportunities, deepen brand affinity, and drive awareness in a highly dynamic, fast-evolving space.
This role sits at the intersection of editorial storytelling, social strategy, and audience intelligence —designed for someone who is equal parts connector, creative, and operational thinker. You’ll collaborate across content, strategy, social, and ops teams to proactively surface what matters and shape what’s next.

We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
