Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Content & Engagement Specialist to join our marketing team. In this remote, part-time position, you'll play a key role in amplifying our digital presence through strategic content development and community engagement across social media and email marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and post original, on-brand content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Adapt messaging for each platform’s tone, audience, and algorithm to boost engagement and visibility
• Monitor trends and update content strategies to reflect best practices
• Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, click-through rates) to inform content decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with marketing campaigns and business objectives
• Perform community management, including responding to comments/messages and engaging with followers
  
  

Email Marketing

• Design, write, and send engaging newsletters and automated email campaigns
• Segment email lists for targeted messaging, including:
• Re-engagement campaigns
• Educational mini-series
• Customer feedback & surveys
• Holiday & seasonal promotions
• VIP/subscriber-only content
• Track campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of proven experience in social media management and email marketing
• A college degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign, and basic analytics platforms
• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
