What is the Role:
FEE is seeking a Director of Donor Engagement who willreport to the Chief Development Officer. The Director’s leadership will cultivate strategic relationships with major donors, identify new funding opportunities, and advance sustainable growth in support of FEE’s mission.
This role focuses on high-level prospecting, donor cultivation and solicitation, and relationship-building to foster long-term, meaningful partnerships. This person will also manage a team of two, with potential for more.
While FEE would welcome an applicant who can work from the Atlanta office, this role can be executed virtually from within the United States, with the expectation that this person will come to the Atlanta office as needed, likely 4-6 times per year.
