Swickard Auto Group is seeking a hospitality-driven sales consultant to represent two premium brands in a close-knit Pacific Northwest community. You will welcome guests, guide them through Audi and Volkswagen lineups, and demonstrate vehicles with a focus on genuine connection and service.

No automotive experience is required as comprehensive brand and product training is provided from day one. You’ll build trust, manage a growing client base, and earn a strong OTE through dedicated follow-up

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; brand training provided from day one.
• Hospitality, outdoor, retail, financial services, or consultative sales background preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with warmth and understand what they want before presenting.
• Guide guests through Audi and Volkswagen lineups with product knowledge.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that bring the ownership experiences to life.
• Build a guest pipeline with disciplined follow-up and CRM usage.
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience.
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores.
• Stay current on both brands' lineups, EV offerings, and technology features.
• Represent Audi Volkswagen of Bellingham and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction.
