Responsibilities

• Maintain daily inventory appearance and security for smooth operations.
• Document and track incoming/outgoing inventory through shipping/receiving processes.
• Receive, prepare, and process vehicles with locators, photos, and keys for sale or auction.
• Support auction operations through preparation, coordination, and execution activities.
• Contribute to new associate training by sharing best practices and safety standards.
• Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation for real‑time site visibility.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and keep a clean, orderly work area.
