• Work with the auctioneer virtually to ensure accurate system data.
• Verify vehicle run order and monitor Simulcast bids.
• Provide arbitration and vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer.
• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing.
• Other duties as assigned.
