Americas Auto Auction – Birmingham seeks a meticulous Condition Report Manager to oversee vehicle inspections and reporting. You will lead inspectors, ensure accuracy, and meet tight auction deadlines while coordinating with operations and arbitration teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in automotive inspection or related fields, supervisory experience, and comfort with reporting software and tablets. Monday–Friday schedule with strong growth opportunities within a growing international

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and leadership potential.
• Growth mindset and willingness to advance into operations.
• 2+ years in automotive inspection or related fields.
• 2+ years of supervision or lead experience preferred.
• Tech-savvy with condition reporting software and tablets.
• Familiarity with industry standards (NAAA) a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and stand/walk long periods.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control: review and finalize detailed vehicle condition reports.
• Team Leadership: supervise and train a team of inspectors.
• Workflow Management: manage daily CR flow to meet deadlines.
• Arbitration Reduction: ensure reports align with NAAA standards.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: coordinate with operations, detail, and arbitration teams.
• Continuous Improvement: identify bottlenecks and improve throughput without sacrificing quality.
