Job summary

BetterCloud is seeking an Office Clerk to greet customers at the front desk, resolve payment, title, and invoice issues, and provide high-quality customer service for auction customers.

You will support efforts to improve the customer experience, issue gate passes, and connect customers with the appropriate department, while processing payments and ensuring buyers receive titles to purchased vehicles.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience learning and operating basic computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Support customers to enhance the customer experience.
• Issue gate passes for auction day access.
• Receive and greet front desk customers and direct them to the correct department.
• Accept and process payments from customers on invoices and purchases.
• Issue sellers checks to the dealer representative.
• Ensure buyers are issued titles to purchased vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
