• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Issue gate passes for customer auction day access.
• Receive and greet all customers at the front desk to connect them with the correct department.
• Accept and process payments from customers on invoices and purchases.
• Issue sellers check to the dealer representative
• Ensure buyers are issued their titles to purchased vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
