Job summary

Auction.com seeks an Auction Coordinator I to host and co-host live auctions at county courthouses, interact with bidders, and ensure all processes are completed efficiently. You may travel to auctions, stand for extended periods, and train with the team to improve skills while earning additional compensation.

The role requires a high school diploma, comfort with technology and Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort with using Microsoft Office and learning new software.
Willingness to travel up to 3 hours for events.

Responsibilities

Maintain professionalism with customers and on-site event location staff such as deputies, government employees, attorneys, etc.
Maintain equipment and materials.
Be a subject matter expert on customer resources.
Professional communication and networking.
Collect customer information using our proprietary software.
Completing customer receipts.
Completing event reports.
Participating in and contributing to scheduled training and team calls.
Completing all tasks with high quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
