Auction.com in Jackson, TN is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator (Part Time) to support live auctions, assist bidders, and ensure accurate execution of all auction processes. You will interact with customers, staff, and officials while maintaining professionalism, and you will travel locally as needed.

The role emphasizes staying tech‑savvy, using Microsoft Office, and delivering clear communication. Training and travel opportunities are provided in a dynamic, no-office environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic tech troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, listening and written skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and multitask in dynamic settings.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours to event locations in personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism with customers and on-site staff including deputies and attorneys.
• Produce all auction day processes with varying asset volumes.
• Maintain event equipment and materials.
• Act as a subject matter expert on customer resources.
• Communicate professionally and network effectively.
• Collect customer information using proprietary software.
• Assist in auctioneering and bid tracking for varying asset volumes.
• Complete customer receipts and event reports.
• Identify and support process and technology efficiencies.
• Facilitate on-the-job training for all event day roles.
• Participate in scheduled training and team calls.
• Deliver tasks with high quality, efficiency and attention to detail.
