The position involves traveling within the Nashville area and potentially beyond, with flexible hours tied to auction schedules. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, is tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and can manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand outdoors in all weather.
• Willing to travel up to 2 hours to auction locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism with customers and on-site staff.
• Produce all auction day processes and manage varying asset volumes.
• Maintain event equipment and materials.
• Be a subject matter expert on customer resources.
• Professional communication and networking.
• Collect customer information using our proprietary software.
• Auctioneering and bid tracking for varying asset volumes.
• Complete customer receipts and event reports.
• Identify, report, and support process and technology efficiencies.
• Facilitate on-the-job training for all event day roles.
• Participate in scheduled training and team calls.
