Job summary

Auction.com, the nation’s leading online real estate marketplace, seeks an Auction Coordinator I to host and co-host live auctions at county courthouses in Everett, WA. You’ll engage bidders, manage tasks, and help educate customers on how to participate in auctions.

The role starts with onsite work and a flexible schedule, with travel within the territory as needed. The position offers part-time hours, typically Fridays, with 4–10 hours weekly and a compensation of $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort with technology and software tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long hours outdoors.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Prior auction experience is appreciated but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism with customers and on-site staff.
• Maintain equipment and materials.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on customer resources.
• Engage in professional communication and networking.
• Collect customer information using our software.
• Complete customer receipts and event reports.
• Participate in scheduled training and team calls.
• Complete tasks with high quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
