Qualifications

• Enjoys working in customer service and helping people.
• Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand long hours outdoors in all weather.
• Able to travel up to 2 hours in personal vehicle.
• Prior auction experience is appreciated but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and collect customer information to meet pre-auction requirements.
• Learn and share Auction.com programs and resources to deliver the best auction experience.
• Collect sensitive buyer and seller information with 100% data input accuracy.
• Multi-task within the fast-paced auction environment and provide customer service to attendees.
• Maintain equipment and materials and complete event reports.
• Complete all tasks with high quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Participate in scheduled training and team calls.
