Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Auction Coordinator I (Part Time) to represent the company at live auctions, interact with bidders, and ensure smooth processes from setup to completion. You will learn auction procedures, assist with customer education, and support field operations in the Raleigh, NC region.

The role includes training pay starting at $20/hour, with incremental increases after training and as skills grow, up to $27.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the highest level of professionalism with customers and on-site event location staff.
• Producing all auction day processes with varying asset volumes.
• Maintaining event equipment and materials.
• Being a subject matter expert on customer resources.
• Professional communication and networking.
• Collecting customer information using our proprietary software.
• Auctioneering and bid tracking varying asset volumes.
• Completing customer contracts.
• Completing event reports.
• Identify, report, and support efficiencies in processes and technology.
• Facilitating on-the-job training for all event day roles.
• Participating in and contributing to scheduled training and team calls.
• Completing all tasks with high quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
