ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking a part-time Block Clerk to manage in-lane and LiveBlock transactions with accuracy and professionalism. You will enter bid data, monitor announcements, and ensure compliance with policies and state laws.

Based on-site, you will greet customers, support the auction team, resolve issues promptly, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment while keeping pace in a fast-moving auction setting.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of clerical experience with basic computer skills and data entry.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Able to safely drive a variety of make/model/sizes of vehicles.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous attention for all contacts and transactions.
• Enter sale information into LiveBlock as auctioneers announce bids.
• Review AMS data and correct missing or modified announcements.
• Record sale price and bidder numbers accurately.
• Document corrections and escalate to the Manager as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and a safe, clean work area.
• Communicate effectively with auctioneers and dealer representatives.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings to stay updated on systems and policies.
