Ripley’s Attractions in Myrtle Beach seeks a hands-on IT Analyst to join the IT Manager’s team. This full-time role supports day-to-day IT operations, including software installations, setting up PCs and POS systems, and maintaining end-user hardware.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of IT experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work remotely when needed. You’ll handle service requests, help keep turnstiles, arcade games, cameras, and audio equipment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with computers and end-user hardware.
• Knowledge of PC hardware, Windows 7 Pro OS, and POS equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work remotely.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starting with ability to follow directions and adapt to tasks.
• Participation in on-call support rotation.

Responsibilities

• Support client PCs, printers, POS computers, and help desk tickets.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user software (Windows, MS Office, Adobe).
• Maintain turnstiles, arcade games, security cameras, and audio equipment.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Other duties assigned by Manager.
