Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in PA.
• 2–20+ years' experience in workers' compensation or related area.

• Regularly represent clients at depositions and hearings

Prominent defense firm is expanding in PA and seeks attorneys at all levels, Associate/Counsel/Partner with workers' compensation or related experience (open to claimants or defense side exp.) who are licensed to practice in PA.

Partner candidates do NOT need a book of business. This role can be fully remote or hybrid and can be based anywhere in the state of PA. Firm offers growth opportunities and a flexible/collaborative work culture!
