We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our national firm with a remote Pennsylvania practice. The role highlights no billable hour target and a substantial base with a bonus.

You will manage workers' compensation claims from intake to resolution, analyze medical records and case law, draft pleadings and submissions, and develop proactive defense strategies while maintaining strong relationships with employers and insurers.

Workers Compensation Attorney | No Billable Hour Target | Up to $160K Base + Bonus | Pennsylvania (Remote)

The Role

• Manage Workers' Compensation Claims from Intake Through Resolution: Handle a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation matters, providing strategic guidance from initial claim evaluation through settlement, hearing, or appeal.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Analysis and Case Strategy: Analyze Medical Records, Employment Information, Statutory Requirements, and case law to develop proactive, results-driven defense and litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and hearing submissions with precision, ensuring alignment with case strategy and client objectives.
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, insurers, claims professionals, and third-party administrators
