OneBridge Search is assisting a prominent defense firm in Pennsylvania to expand its attorney team at Associate/Counsel/Partner levels with workers’ compensation or related experience. Licensed to practice in PA, candidates may work fully remote or in a hybrid arrangement throughout PA.

The role emphasizes handling file reviews, extensive legal research, drafting, depositions, and case management from start to finish, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in PA.
• 2–20+ years' experience in workers' compensation or related area.

Responsibilities

• File review and legal analysis of workers’ compensation claims
• Extensive legal research and drafting of client correspondence, discovery devices, summations, appeals and appellate briefs
• Regularly represent clients at depositions and hearings
• Manage cases from start to finish
